Privacy policy

This policy explains how Powersense D.O.O. handles personal data when you use this website and our quote request form. We collect very little, so it is short.

1. Controller

The controller is Powersense D.O.O., Sveta Vrača, Daošine, Zgrada “Pop Commerce”, Stan 30, Dobrota - Kotor, Montenegro (tax ID / PIB 03311651). For all privacy questions write to info@powersense.me. We process personal data in line with the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process

Quote request form: name, company, country, email address, phone number (optional), project type, the project details and file note you write, and the time of your consent. Please do not enter sensitive data such as health or financial data.

Server logs: our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the requested page when you visit the site, to deliver it and keep it secure. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use form data to reply to your request and prepare a quote (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep a record of the correspondence (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The consent checkbox documents that you have read this policy and agree to the processing; you can withdraw your consent at any time. Server logs are processed to deliver the site securely and reliably (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for newsletters or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.

4. Recipients and transfers

Your request is delivered by email to Powersense D.O.O. staff. To run the form and the website we use service providers that act on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and form processing) and the email service that forwards the form to our mailbox. These providers may process data outside Montenegro and the EEA. We do not share your data with other third parties unless the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and any resulting contract, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax or other legal obligations require.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@powersense.me. You also have the right to complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro or to the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or maps. The only item stored in your browser is your language choice (localStorage key “lang”), which keeps the site in the language you picked. It is strictly functional and is not sent to us. For this reason no cookie banner is needed. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are not stored on the website itself; they are delivered to our mailbox. If online sending is unavailable, the form opens your own email app with the request prepared; the message then travels through your email provider and not through this website.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
